解決方案：
確認"授權"服務沒有被停止：
1.Click the Windows Start button and in the Run box type "Services"
在Windows畫面左下方點選開始，在"搜尋程式及檔案"欄位輸入 服務
2.Select the "Services" node
在清單中點選 "服務"
3.In the services list, locate FlexLM Licensing Service and FlexLM Licensing Service 64
在服務視窗中，找到"FLEXnet Licensing Service 64"
4.Right-click the entry and click "Properties"
在3.上面按下滑鼠右鍵並選擇"內容"
5.Set the "Startup Type" to "Automatic"
調整"啟動類型"為"自動"
6.Click "Start" to start the service and click "OK"
點選"停止"，再點選"啟動"
7.Do this for both services. (32 bit systems may have only one servce)
如果有其他FLEX開頭的服務名稱，請對他執行4-6的操作
8.Start the program to test
關閉服務視窗，重新執行軟體試看看。
